Licenses

License levels

What you can and can’t do depends on the level you bought. The full license files come with your purchase.

Level 1 · Main kit

Standard PLR license

You can:

  • Edit the content and put your name on it
  • Brand it and sell it to end customers
  • Use it in your own products, sites and emails

You can’t:

  • Give your buyers the editable source files
  • Pass on any rights: your buyers get personal use only and can’t rebrand or resell
  • Give it away free, or use the original author’s name

Levels 2 and 3 · Upgrades

Upgraded license (two files)

Reseller PLR license, for you: everything in Standard, plus you can sell the kit, as-is or edited, with PLR rights, including the editable source files.

Customer PLR license, for your buyers: they can edit, rebrand and sell to end users with personal-use rights. They can’t pass on any rights or the source files.

Your customers receive a personal-use license: no rebranding, no resale and no sharing.

Version and date. Each license file shows its version and effective date. Your license is valid together with your purchase receipt, which carries the date, time and transaction ID.

These licenses are written in plain language to be used as-is. You may want a lawyer to review the terms for your situation.
